Mrs. Julia Habrecht
Headmaster

The daughter of a Lutheran pastor, and graduate of a Lutheran elementary school, Julia Habrecht possesses an earnest zeal for classical education, and the mission of Our Savior Lutheran School. Ms. Habrecht earned a bachelor’s degree in Art History from the University of Toledo. She put her non-profit management, and fundraising skills to work as Head of Exhibitions and Director of Major Gifts at the Toledo Museum of Art Toledo. Prior to joining the Our Savior staff, Ms. Habrecht served as the Headmaster of Immanuel Lutheran School (Alexandria, VA).

In her role as Headmaster, Ms. Habrecht enjoys sharing her love and appreciation for the arts and strives to cultivate in her students an eye for the aesthetics that is crucial to a well-rounded classical curriculum. She has presented on themes of beauty, music, school culture, and school administration for the Consortium for Classical Lutheran Education, the Lutheran Education Association, and the Association of Classical
Christian Schools

​Ms. Habrecht and her husband Matthew enjoy visiting friends and family from around the country, trainspotting with their son, and hosting teachers for joyful hymn sings.
